From the founder

Why I built this.

I got in shape by tracking. ChatGPT estimated my calories from photos of my food, and the numbers carried me through the months where the mirror showed nothing. You cannot see yourself change day by day. The trend is what keeps you going.

“I did not have to hope. I had numbers.”

The tooling was the weak part. ChatGPT kept forgetting my logs, and when I asked for my history it invented meals I never ate. I tried Notion tables, then a custom agent that cost me over 100 dollars a month, then an app of my own that I ended up double checking anyway.

GetFit MCP is the version I am building for myself. ChatGPT stays the intelligence. A real database keeps the log. I wanted a real place where GPT can store my meals and health data, and nothing I found actually provided that.

The bigger goal is simple. AI can only help you with the data it has. Give it real data and it helps you stay healthy and alive in your own body.

The web app

A real app behind the chat.

Everything you log lands at app.getfitmcp.com. Check the numbers, fix any entry, and watch the trends build.

Every record stays editable

Fix a portion size or delete a meal in the app. Each entry keeps its change history and shows whether it came from ChatGPT or the web.

Trends from your own numbers

Calorie ring, macro bars, weight trend and weekly summaries, computed from your logs. The maintenance estimate uses your own data once there is enough of it.

Export your data any time

Download your records and their change history as JSON or a CSV bundle from settings, generated on demand from the database.

Fair questions

Before you sign up.

How accurate are the calorie estimates?

ChatGPT estimates them from what you tell it. Every entry stays editable in the app, and the totals and trends are computed exactly from what is logged.

What happens to my data?

It lives in your account. Your logged records are visible in the app, exportable as JSON or a CSV bundle, and you can delete your account whenever you want.
