These terms cover your use of GetFit MCP at getfitmcp.com, app.getfitmcp.com and mcp.getfitmcp.com, operated by Frank Karro, Estonia. Using the service means you accept them.
GetFit MCP stores fitness records you enter, either through the web application or through ChatGPT once you connect it, and calculates summaries from them: daily totals, period summaries, weight trend, adherence to your targets, a completeness score and an estimated maintenance calorie level.
Everything the service shows is arithmetic on the numbers you gave it. Calorie and macronutrient figures entered through ChatGPT are estimates produced by a language model, and estimates are frequently wrong. The maintenance estimate is a formula, not a measurement. None of it is medical, nutritional or training advice, and none of it is a substitute for a professional who knows your situation. Do not use it to diagnose or treat anything. If you have a medical condition, an eating disorder, or are pregnant, talk to a clinician before changing what you eat or how you train.
You need an account, you are responsible for what happens under it, and you must keep your sign-in email secure. One person per account. You must be at least 16.
You keep every right to the records you enter. You grant only the permission needed to run the service: to store your records, show them back to you, calculate from them, and serve them to applications you explicitly connect. Export and deletion are available at any time in Settings. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Connecting ChatGPT lets it read and write your records on your behalf. What it sends, and what it asks for, is between you and OpenAI under their terms; we cannot control what a language model decides to do with a tool it has been given. Disconnect it at any time in Settings, which stops access immediately.
Do not attempt to reach another person's records, disrupt the service, work around rate limits or security controls, or use it to break the law. Automated access is fine through the documented MCP interface with your own credentials, and not otherwise.
The service is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee. It may change, break, or be taken down. Serious changes to the service, and any planned shutdown, are announced by email to account holders with reasonable notice, and your export remains available during that notice.
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid for the service, which is currently nothing. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
Delete your account whenever you like, in Settings, and everything goes. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents it.
Estonian law applies, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, without removing any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
